I lead product and AI initiatives in digital health, focused on turning emerging technology into real, working systems. My work lives in the messy middle — where strategy, execution, and fast-moving platforms collide.
This site is a place to share thoughts, lessons, and occasional strong opinions.
No fluff. No recycled AI takes. Just lessons from building.

About me
I’m a product leader and builder focused on AI-enabled software, healthcare, and systems that help people improve their lives.
I’ve spent my career turning early ideas into real products – leading teams, shipping platforms, and working close to the technology. I care about clear thinking, strong execution, and staying close enough to the work to understand what’s actually possible.
I’m currently focused on:
- Building AI-driven products
- Exploring agent-first development models
- Writing about how the role of product is changing
I’m at my best in environments where I can both set direction and roll up my sleeves.
Working with teams
Some of what I write about, I also do alongside organizations directly — helping teams learn to actually apply AI across how they build, decide, and operate. Usually that looks like upskilling a team or running a focused workshop. Not a deck of trends — the real, often-messy work of changing how people work.
If your org is wrestling with that, let’s talk
Why this site exists
The industry is shifting fast.
AI is changing how products get built. Teams are smaller. The pace is faster. The line between product, engineering, and operations is blurring.
I’m documenting what I’m seeing and learning as I go:
- What’s working
- What’s breaking
- What needs to be rethought
This is as much a thinking space as it is a writing space.
Recent writing
- Evaluation Is the New Taste
- Stubbornness Is an AI Skill
- The Excuses Finally Ran Out
- Don’t Sleep on Local and Specialized Models
- We Rebuilt the Platform. More Importantly, We Rebuilt How We Build.
Let’s connect
If you’re building something interesting, thinking about similar problems, or just want to talk product and AI, I’m always open to a good conversation.
I’m especially interested in conversations around:
- AI product leadership
- building in the agent era
- early-stage product strategy
